Leslie is a Usui/Holy Fire© III Reiki Master, Reiki Practitioner, Sound Healer, 500 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher, Experienced Yoga Teacher Trainer and Continuing Education Provider. She brings life experience as an athlete, yoga student and teacher, world traveler, and cancer survivor to meet each individual with openness, presence, and unwavering compassion.

Her sessions are designed to hold space for energetic shifts, intuitive guidance, healing and transformation through Reiki, Yoga, and Sound. She honors a holistic approach to support the body, mind, and spirit and it is her passion to empower those around her to connect with their highest potential, to remember their innate wholeness and to move toward a deeper, more profound experience of wellbeing and vitality in all areas of their life.
